Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable.
Construction defects are warrantied for 30 days from date of purchase.
Policies
Suit shipments:
If renting out of town or out of state and suit gets lost in transit, there is nothing that Collections by Collins can do and it is in the hands of the client and post office. It is the client’s responsibility to track the package once it has left Collections by Collins to ensure that it is delivered properly. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as the suit has been sent.
Warranty:
Custom suits come with a limited warranty. Any minor alterations and adjustments are always free to the original owner of the Collections by Collins suit along with stone replacements. This warranty does not include major alterations such as changing suit bottoms to different divisions, altering top sizes, making new tops for breast augmentations, and connector replacement/changes.
Deposits & Payments:
Deposits are no refundable and sales are final.
Custom Suits: Clients doing custom suits will be required to put down a $200 nonrefundable deposit to get the suit started. This deposit will go to the final payment of the suit.
- If any custom suit is left unpaid for more than 6 months, it will become Collections by Collins property.
Rental Suits: Clients doing rental suits will put down a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve their choice of rental suit. If client is unable to do their show or change their mind, the deposit money will be kept for six months. After the six months, you will have to pay another deposit if you decide to do a show after that time has lapsed.
- If you pay for your rental in full or more than 50%, that is considered your deposit. No money will be refunded back to you if you decide to back out of your chosen show. The amount paid is good for 6 months, after which you will need to pay the deposit again.
- Once you sign the rental contract and physically take the rental bikini, the rental time period begins. No refunds will be issued once you take the suit from Collections By Collins.
Payments:
Collections by Collins accepts all CC’s, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
- If using a credit or debit card, tax is applied.
Spray Tans:
If client has a fresh spray tan that has not been rinsed off, please reschedule your in person appointment. You will not be allowed to try on any suits during your appointment.
